For the 19th time in a row, the Dnevnik Company has awarded the best and fastest growing companies of Slovenia 2019 in the Cankar Centre, Ljubljana. When determining the winners, the goals and values of companies, as well as their operational performance over the past 5 years, were taken into account.

The prestigious Zlata Gazela 2019 award was presented to Virs, Lendava, Prekmurje region. The company specializes in automation and robotics in welding. The Zlata Gazela 2019 Grand Prix was awarded by Prime Minister Marjan Šarec. He noted the importance of the activities of leading companies for the economy and the entire country as a whole.
The awarding ceremony was also attended by the Board Chairman of Dnevnik Bojan Petan. According to him, the project has a significant impact on the development of business culture in the country and is the largest national business event.
The second award – Srebrna Gazela 2019 – was presented to the leading distributor of parquet, laminate and flooring in Southeast Europe – Alpod, Cerknica, Primorska region. The third award – Bronasta Gazela 2019 – was received by MI Elektronika, a manufacturer of electronic components from the settlement of Brezovica pri Ljubljani, Central region.
