In the next three years, 170 new residential buildings, private houses and low-rise apartment buildings will be built in Nova Gorica. Construction will be carried out on a land plot of 31,770 square metres located in the Rožna Dolina district. The course and timing of construction, the class of the future housing and the possibility of attracting private investment over the past few months have been the subject of negotiations between the Nova Gorica municipality and the Housing Fund.

In addition to housing, the municipal authorities plan to equip the infrastructure of the district, open bicycle lanes and a new bus route.
