Ljubljana — Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), one of the major global investment firms, expresses a strong interest in providing new investment programs in Slovenia. Last week, David Petraeus, the leader of the KKR Global Institute, paid a two-day visit to Slovenia aimed at exploring new potential investments in the country’s economy in future. During his meeting with the Prime Minister of Slovenia Miro Cerar, Petraeus expressed confidence that the main attractions of Slovenia as a reliable investment destination would be a fuse of fast economic development, speed-up of spending, and decline in unemployment level.
