Ljubljana — In recent years, the capital of Slovenian has turned into a gastronomic hotbed that offers a variety of destinations for food lovers, such as the Tastes of Ljubljana, the Open Kitchen food market, and numerous top brand restaurants, cafés and bars. This year, the Ljubljana hoteliers and organizers of culinary tours and wine tasting events have joined their forces to develop a new tourism initiative in Ljubljana—the Novemmmber Gourmmmet, which will feature a number of wine routes, food and wine fairs, and special culinary tours. The first Gastronomic Festival will present the new brand Gourmet Ljubljana. It will connect all possible culinary activities, workshops, and tasty events. The Ljubljana Wine Route will take place during the first two weekends in November. The last weekend will be dedicated to an exclusive event called the November Gourmet Finale. Al tourists visiting Slovenia in November will gain a memorable experience of culinary workshops with top Slovenian chefs, tasting everything from traditional dishes to the most creative fusion, and being on food and wine tours of Ljubljana Tourism.
