It is expected that the investment made by the Austrian company will transform Supernova Ljubljana Rudnik into the biggest shopping centre in Slovenia.

According to the new plan, the expanded area of the shopping centre will cover around 20,000 square metres and will make an integral unit with the existing building.

The reconstructed centre will comprise around 60 shops, an amusement park, a playground for children, a cinema, a gastronomic zone, as well as an open-space four-level garage with a capacity of over 2,600 parking slots.

The Minister of Economic Development and Technology of Slovenia Zdravko Počivalšek, when attending the foundation stone laying ceremony, stated that the new investment project will create around 800 new work places.
